Cat Williams

Confidence expert and founder of Building Your Confidence Ltd, Cat Williams is a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strengths Psychology Coach, Relationship Therapist, Keynote Speaker and Author.

She works with audiences of all ages giving talks, presentations and running workshops at workplaces, universities and schools across the country. She also offers one-to-one sessions in person and on Zoom for children, teenagers, adults and couples.
